This is my space for documenting the transition into AI Product Management, sharing experiments, and building in public. After two decades in program and creative operations, I'm now focused on how AI can augment human creativity and operational excellence.

I believe in building real things, shipping fast, and learning through doing. This site itself is a product of that philosophy.

Built with AI¶

**This site was designed and drafted via AI (Atlas + Leo), built manually by me using MkDocs + Terminal.** The content reflects my actual journey, experiments, and learnings. The structure and styling emerged from collaborative iteration with AI tools. Every line of code was written by me, but the architecture and many of the ideas were co-created. This is how I work: AI as a thinking partner, me as the builder and decision-maker.

I'm not here to hype AI. I'm here to understand it, build with it, and help others do the same. The tools are powerful, but they require thoughtful application. Every experiment teaches something. Every failure is data. Every success is a step toward better understanding.
